Tdo4-15 turbo question (long)

By replacing the stock t25 on an auto 99-3, will this greatly effect the ecu's driveability, especially if the car is set for a stage 3. I ask because I an wondering if the car will run well, but just not to its greatest capabilitypower/psi wise. A reflash for the future would be done when $ dictates. I'm wondering if my stock turbo is on its last legs power wise. I am not pulling much boost power psi and this has been a continuous thing. There is no whine or smoke coming out the tailpipe but it just feels slow and maxes out at 15psi. My vaccum is good at 14ish at startup and 20 on highway deceleration. The only thing I can say is strange is that the 3" dp ,jk made for me, where it connects to the turbo lets out some air even though it is tightened down well as the elbow where it attaches doesn't fit snuggly to seal 100% on the turbo. It's sort of sounds/feels like a small exhaust leak would. My ng900 with a mbc+a has better get-y-up and go but not as much top end power. Could the wastegate not be adjusted properly for long ago i had the entire motor/turbo replaced. The car feels stock power wise through the gears until I hit 10psi then the get-y-up kicks in and will max at 15psi on a flat stretch of highway. Up long large hills,I only get 13/14 psi. I've written to genuine saab a few times with only one reply back and talked to nick once via the phone. His reply is that psi doesn't mean power and to give it time to adapt/ect.... It just seems my $75 mbc+a car as as much power as the stage 3 tune i received. Does anyone know what psi Dan, abdukted, was pushing on his auto 9-3 as the only difference hardware wise was the tdo4 turbo

Nope because thats what I did. I have a JSP stage 3 for a t25 and got the td04 on after Jak sent it out to me. Ran perfectly fine.

Should work fine I had the td04 in my car with a stock ecu (and mbc) for 10k miles with no issues.

I would get that dp leak checked out though.

I'll take it back off again and reinstall, but right now i have the nuts/flange as tight as it will go, as it looks, but still get the air passage. Would a not 100% seated dp cause lower psi boost though?
