Nira + Saab 2.0 :)

After a couple hours on the harness to plug directly into the t5 stock I got it running.

Here is the harness half done

Plugged in

Innovate wideband for o2 using the aux out. Going to get an LC1 that will be more compact. I forgot to order one though and just stole the second wideband from the dyno.

We loved it for about 2 hours yesterday.

It even started today

Still lots of work. I have not even cleaned up the extra wires.

Got to run for now. High power corvette dyno time.

I have had the unit here for quite a while we just got way behind on our projects.

Yes this is the "yellow" motor car with the top mount Gt3071r 2.3i intake manifold...

Looking good,

did you remember to put a diode to the fuel relay cable?
also you may need to add a resistor to crank shaft pos sensor signal cable if you start to get errors on higher rpm's.

So what's the advantage of mounting the GT 3071r up top vs down where the turbo normalls sits?

Seen it both ways, always wondered why

Yes I did put the diode in.. We did excited and forgot to put gas in the car.. It kept dying and we realized the gas was out.

I am working on the timing map right now. I think we are way off too high.

Just copy a stage map into it for starters and test it in your dyno with headphones to make sure it does not knock. In areas where MAP <100kpa you can basically put what ever between 10 and 40 and it will make the same power. And since this is the case you can scale your EGT to wanted level by shifting timing up or down.

intake to compressor can be built without compromises and the header is more simpler, which made the desision for me few years back. Both will work
if you spend a little time planning prior to making
