9-3 smbc and mbc questions
Hi I'm new to the world of Saab, just bought an 01 9-3 2.0 t7, been doing a little research on just some mild mods, in not looking to make huge power or anything just looking to have a little fun. Heard a lot of talk about smbc and mbc+a. I have a under stand about the t7 ecm cuting the fuel and limiting the boost etc. every site I found about smbc goes to nothing just asking what everyone els is doing for their boost controller with their t7.

Get a good ECU tune, skip the manual boost hardware stuff. Mike D Tuning | Saab Trionic Tuning
Mike does great work with great results. As always, make sure to have key maintenance items done before you tune, or you risk damaging things or not getting good results: fuel filter, spark plugs, 100% new vacuum lines, air filter, relatively new DIC... You can mail him your ECU and he will send it back quickly, or he can send you an ECU and you can mail yours in afterwards. |

Thanks for the info, I was having a bit of trouble finding any good tuning sites or what direction to head in with this car. I'll be sure to check him out.
