pretty similer process, Di computer uses the same wireing lay out, so does the lh computer..

And youll get the awesome manual heater, out of the deal

How are the connections in the round plug involved in the conversion? I don't get it.

it looks like they have already been labled for you?

these connections go to the grey plug which leads to the new wireing harness that will be located unter the intake manifold..

In other words, why does T5 need oil pressure, alternator, starter connections?

it does not, however the harness you use will have all these wires built in, so it will be much easier to use the wires in the new harness, than to try and retain the old section of wireing
