When the motor is in place that oil return line may need to be modded so it will flow easier into the block. Nice BIG turbo. Most people have used the walbro 340 or 341 because it easily fits with minimal cutting.

You are going to love that holset, they just keep pulling and pulling and they don't run out of steam like the garrett's. I can't wait to get mine back on the road with its new set-up.

340 is what I used in my 900. Don't forget to get the submersible hose and the wiring pigtail!

Engine is out of the 92!

Now i need to figure out how im going to do the wiring harness!

On the c900 it was just..... make it run, but now i need to find the Speedometer wires, Temp gauge, EDU, and a bunch of other fun stuff!

not sure if i will be able to dyno on saturday, but i intend to be there with the 9k!i dont care what state it is in at that point, but it will be driving under its own power!

T5 engine installed.....

This is the point when mike D and Adshaft chime in!

I have a complete 94 wiring harness... which is installed in the car... on the motor. it is not hooked up on the car side though!

I need to make sure all the grounds going threw the black plug in the false bulkhead are getting grounded

I need SPeedometer signal figured out1

Oil Pressure sensor!

MAP

EDU

Fuel pump trigger???

tach signal

and im sure i missed some stuff! i have a list at home with my Schematics books!

Anyhow im GLAD i have a 92 and not a 91. Both the DIAPC and LH boxes are in the false bulkhead. this means ihave easy access to alot of wires, which beats the Hell out of removing my driver seat counting pins!

Ohh, my 1 inch intake spacer/adaptor, and my holset, Still fit in my engine bay! yippee!

getting really shitty outside so im going home now. more progress for tomorrow! Idont see dynoing on saturday unless i can get it running and drive for 500 miles!

I never did the T5 conversion, I'm in the process right now of converting to T5 (trial and error). Just doing the prep work right now. Still have a few kinks to work out. I will have a whole thread on the conversion once the car's up and running.
