here is the closest thing they have that should allow you to still have your a/c, problem is it seems this intercooler will not support much more flow then a stock aero td04 but its all about what you want i guess

I used the larger of these two IC's , and was able to keep the AC, which still works fine.it would be alot easier to use the smaller of the two and stay below the bumper bar.As far as pressure drop, there is none with the larger size, you are pushing a column of air, and larger sizes reduce back pressure. It does take a bit longer to fill the chamber, but the payback is worth it. A turbo tech told me if you keep the turbo to Ic pipe smaller, say 2.25 inch, you reduce lag by keeping up velocity. John

yeah i have the larger one also and it made a big differance in how long i had my power through the gears... not sure how you managed to keep your a/c with that one as i have no room to with out moving my rad or front support... or deleting my a/c fan

i never have issues with holding boost or loosing power...it works great and was a huge improvment over stock...there was no loss in time for boost to come on (that i can tell) and it seems my car can hold the power longer into the rpms and gears

^fitment is nice but if you want to push 400hp with a big turbo set up I would say go bigger. Im not sure what plans you have for the motor in the future, but I will be upgrading to a bigger IC (again) and go with a ebay special after taking out my non working A/C. for the $$$ you cant beat the IC/piping packages
