Eeuroparts sells tunes now?

while collecting parts for an over haul i came arcoss this stuff...

2000 SAAB 9-5 Aero 2.3L 4 Cyl (16 Valve) Turbo Performance Products Parts - Free and Free Shipping

does anyone know anything about this? who does the tune etc.

is this a new thing or did i just never spend the time looking around?

im pretty content with my tune, and dont plan on changing tuners. but i got a good chuckle out of it. what are your thoughts?

That's interesting, but not surprising. Performance upgrades, especially bolt ons, are probably low hanging fruit for them. Someone recently posted a c900 flywheel designed for T5 conversions. With so few vendors offering saab aftermarket stuff, I'm all for it.

I am curious who is doing the tuning here, if it is eEuro, or if they are reselling for someone else.

I believe Jordan Pagano (posts as Jordan on the Saabrally forum) is heading all of the performance and vintage stuff there. He also built some kick-ass T5 conversion harnesses that drop into a C900 (I have 2 of them). He's been getting experience tuning and at the very least I think he does the flashing and keeps things stocked.

There are pics of his harnesses on eEuro of you look under performance parts for C900's.

He's also responsible for the flywheel trigger kit.

That is really cool. $500 bucks, but still, that looks nice and clean and if it is in fact plug n' play, probably worth it for those of use who don't have engineering degrees! (and generally do our projects with a medium buzz)

It's set up with a new relay block already wired to the ECU connector for main and fuel pump relays, so you literally only have to hook up ground lugs, and a constant and switched +12v wire and that's it. Very nice.

If they do a great job on their tunes and keep them stage 1-3 prob won't have a ton of tech calls..

Yeah but how many people buy tunes thinking that it will fix their car that's already broken? Then when they find out the tune didn't fix the problem, who will they call?

The tuning might not be a great idea, but I do dig their machined flywheel w/shutter wheels, and offering a plug & play harness is great for someone without the time to make their own. Won't know until we hear from someone who's used the whole 'kit,' but yea I feel like as straightforward-ish as T5'ing a c900 is, trying to make it bolt in might be a recipe for disaster in terms of support when something inevitably fails.
