coilovers

has anyone tired these yellowspeed coilovers?

YSR Dynamic Pro Sport (DPS) Coilover System 1997+ Saab 9-5 YS3E

they r porblely junk like raceland and all that other crap

front spring rate 400
rear spring rate 330

they claim that the dampners r replacable but i cant find the damiter size anywhere. im hoping that i can drop koni's in later with better springs?

what do you all think? should i just stick with stocks and springs?

So far, the reviews seem to be pretty good:

Miata
BMW 3-series
JDM

People are very impressed with their customer service and helpfulness, which apparently a lot of other manufacturers lack. I've seen numerous forums where Yellowspeed has actually contributed to discussion. They actually seem to be there to back their products, which is great to see.

Upper mount in the rear is stock. Pillow ball mount up front but not with camber plate.

jssaab-neither front or rear have camber adjustments. i must use stock adjustments

but i did talked to them earlier today as well as koni, and i got the daimeter of the dampner. koni makes a drop in strut, in the correct size. Also the springs are typical coilover size so finding aftermarket will not be a problem. being able to rebuild them was all i really cared about since they will problely only last 5 months anyways. once my check clears friday im going to pull the trigger. ill try and remember to throw up some before and after shots.

On ebay they run 950$ OBO. do you think 500$ is to low??

Offering half price on a new product. I would consider that insulting. I would say 20% max to have a chance.
