My car is awesome.... finally

A recap, had my motor built with Forged pistons, and a tune from JAK ( yes mistake but I did not know) Car never ran right ( surprise) Spun my bearings ( bad oil pump)

Looking at the tune afterwards JZW was like WTF ( no surprise)

Built a 234/235 hybrid, put in a JZW Stage V+ tune and the car was fast .. but still hinkey.. that was april a year ago.

Fast forward... dealing with lean running issues stumbling, flashing CEL after only the FIRST WOT run, ( AFR going super rich drowning the engine and flashing CEL code 1300) and all, vac hoses all good, swaped DIC swapped AFM and found this:

Car was better but not perfect, still checking for issues then a P0134 turns up ...

Replaced the O2 sensor with a known good one and ....

Car runs like a raped ape no cels no stumbling nothing ( goes to 16 AFR once and a while for jsut a second but think its within spec) WOT after WOT...

Car is unstoppable... after 3 years of playing... you gotta get it ALL right...

T7 heads flow better, larger valves and plenum...

I run the T5 cams Cam so it pulls like a freight train all the way to redline....

My plans are to simply get it on the road first up!! but then go GT30 turbo, stage 4 Maptune ecu, 3 inch dump and intake pipes, port n polish the head, 550 injectors + 225 l/h fuel pump, 3 inch cat back exhuast, and high flow intercooler, will run premium 98 octane fuel. I am hoping it should pull pretty hard!!

I keep debating the GT30 but I get in enough trouble wiht my current set up and I did not want to drop big$$ on a header...

You will get WAY more bang for your buck with the T5 cams than the porting and polishing.. P&P is not really needed in the T7 head, it flows pretty nice the way it is. Most data I have seen shows MINIMAL increases

Dodged a bullet as I showed a Challenger SRT-8 how fast my car was on the hiway, police decided to pull over the slower ( and orange hot rod) rather than my faster saab..
