B235R Connecting Rods

I was wondering which set is ideal.

I have a set of 02 B235 rods, with what appear to be stretch bolts on the rod bearing cap. I'm not sure how i feel about them.

The -01 b235 rods have studs, and make me feel more comfortable.

Read up about split-fractured connecting rod design, the later ones with the bolts are a more modern design.

I believe they are also lighter.

What are you building? Depending on what you have for pistons you may not be able to swap rods due to the taper at the top of the rod
