In nickīs page my 1st pic shouldnīt exist... because the vac line ( that is to be caped ) is going from there to the solenoid valve ( as is ) BUT in nickīs page there is an return from the solenoid valve to the vac line below the water lines in the TB ( where my blue vac line is conected ) ... do you understand it??
you need to leave the line in place with the red/white check valve and tee. just put the tee in line with the hose that you need to put from the manifold to the bpv.

Last doubt...
Looking in this pic, the vac line from the dump valve will be conected to the top nipple of this manifold "thing" ...
I could leave the plastic "T" and conect the vac line there... right??

I think Iīm starting to see the light...

from that top nipple, through the tee to the bypass valve and your done. i can post a pic tonight of how its run on the g/f's 9-5 which is the same setup as yours. the 9-5's had the tee's, the 9-3's dont.

Here's a little vid I made of how its supposed to look after your done with routing. Hope it helps! And this is on a 9-5. Same deal for a 9-3 just without the little white tee.

Well i only did this today... straithfoward ( with your help - thanks ) and toos 2 min.
Noticed the better responsiveness to the throttle movements and also an increased fuel consumption....
I can live with that....
But anyone noticed the increased fuel consumption??

ive had great luck with ebay recircs, the ones i usually pick up are surprisenly well made, and near the same prices as a new OEM

BYPASS VALVE AUDI VW PORSCHE TURBO BOSCH SAAB DIVERTER | eBay

ive been running the vac line mod for around 15k miles, minor difference, plugging the R line of the BPC seams to do a lot more...

fuel consumption increase is probably more based on the driver enjoying the new performance, than the performances itself

the "pull on the "R" tube in the BPC in the 9000 is by far more dangerous...
Itīs more fun but more dangerous... That pull, ignores the BPC function and you can destroy your engine if you donīt know what are you doing with your right foot

In the 9-5... for the fuel consumption... is there... not by my playing....
Itīs more thirsty... but i can live with that!

I think you're mistaken.

We're not talking about unplugging the wastegate line, just the return line to the air intake.

Boost gauge can go right to the BPV line... You don't have any of that funky crap happening with it sitting at 0 because you take that sensor out of the equation. I've been running my car like this for over a year, works perfectly.
