You would need the following:

-Manual transmission
-Clutch
-Pressure plate
-Flywheel from a manual trans car
-Transmission mount
-Clutch pedal and clutch hose

There is more, the best way is to get a parts car which has a manual transmission so that you can take miscellaneous pieces as needed.

How about a clutch pedal? (Edit: Pays to read the ENTIRE post... Sorry Christian!)
How about a master cylinder?

(Did this conversion to our '91 SE 'vert...)

This is exactly why I need another Saab...I am so upset I sold my Saab 9000 CD...I cannot afford downtime anymore...time to buy another Saab and work from there...I really like taking my time and doing things right, this would take me at least a week to do...

My 9-5 wagon is a manual. They are rare but can be suprisingly cheap when there aren't competing buyers.
