9-5 Aero suspension upgrade

Guys, please help me!
I have a 9-5 Aero MY2004, with a very "evasive" suspension, especially in turns...
I would upgrade it, but I don`t know what to chose:
- Koni FSD shock absorbers or
- Bilstein dampers
with
- with H&R 40 or 30mm lowering springs;
or
- Hirsch Performance Sports chassis (Hirsch Performance springs and dampers complete kit).

I already have the rest of the parts for upgrading the chassis (sway bars, front brace, poly bushings, s.o.), so please advise me on the shock absorbers and the springs!

Many thanks

I have the Koni FSDs and Eibach Pros, nice ride on the highway, a bit tighter in the turns. Pefect for a daily driver. if you ask me has the perfect stance.

I would avoid changing the springs. I've spent years trying to make my 9-5 corner like something it is not. The aero springs are as good or better than aftermarket springs. If your car is feeling "evasive" you probably just need new shocks. I'd look for a set of Bilstein HDs personally, but Konis would work too.

Hirsch anyone?
Up until now, Koni FSD with stock springs are the choice
Thanks for inputs!

I have the Hirsch Kit on my 2003 9-5 its just the Eibach Springs ( with Hirsch stickers) and struts. I can get you the part numbers.

I think its fabulous and woudl buy on for my 2000 ( if they were still avaialable.) not harsh ride, nice stance and coreners better than Aero.

How do you guys with the lowered (30 to 40mm) AEROs get around. I've become so overly cautious about the lower front air dam of my 2004 9-5 AERO hitting, it's almost ridiculous.

or

or should I use this:
http://www.abbottracing.net/product.php?id_product=296

Abbott doesn`t list any year for 9-5, so I suppose they have kits for 2002 on...

I think you need to find out what you want ? Everybody has there own idea and need for a specific suspension...are you going to drive the car on the track ? Is it a daily driver ? Is it race only ? Is it street only ? There is a happy medium...but you cant have it all...You will have a broken back if you have a race suspension on the street...not to mention a damaged undercarriage...Dont get me wrong I wish I could take corners at 100 MPH, but it would never happen on New England roads even if i had a full race suspension...most people here would probably agree that a balance is what they wanted, thats why they have sport suspensions on their cars...I dont even use aftermarket springs because the ride height would be a problem where I live, so I run stock springs with Koni shocks and it a nice balance...if I tracked the car,I would probably use Eibach springs or similiar and adjust the shocks as needed for track days...hope this helps...

Hirsch

I have ordered the Hirsch kit...that`s it!
I am tired of asking here and there what would be better....
Everyone knows a lot, but when it comes to clear answer, no1 knows!
For me is quite simple: is there a suspension kit (or shock + springs matched) that offer both comfort and drive-ability, better than stock Aero?
What is so difficult?
"First you must decide what you want...
I was looking for better or even the best. Just like Koni kit on the 9-3OG!

I will let you guys know how the 9-5 handles and feels, in terms of comfort and stability in a more sporty/aggressive style.

Can I buy your front Aero springs? $75 Shipped for the pair - I do not need the struts or any mounts - just the springs. It would help fund your upgrade and save me some money on mine.

RO? How much is shipping to PA, 19446 (USA)

I take it you are "over seas" or over some boarder? You have no location under your user name so I wouldn't know this...
