Question downpipe ??

im running a GS V2 setup on my 9-5 and i just punched out the cat in fear that it was clogged and caused another piston to melt on me. so im throwing JE pistons in this week. but was wondering if im going to get a CEL now without the cat there ?? im running a nordic tune. not sure if tune allows for the cat delete ??

Yeah you will get a cel. You can probably turn that off with T7 suite

90% sure you'll get a check engine light!!!

T7 suite that BIN and use the spare unused bung for a Wideband O2 to prevent melting more goodies with that damn detonation!!!

I know ur pain 2x over!!!

Do it right this time

Machine shop wash clean bore hone block,
balance assembly,
new clutch and pressure plate, resurface flywheel
30-50$ new seals
Timing componants..probably good time to do some while its apart

Good luck!

Make sure your oil pump housing is unscarred so you wont have a repeat in 15k miles like I did!!!
