would it cause a problem if i ran a walbro 255lph fuel pump with stage 3 software ? or would it mess something up from the extra fuel pressure ?

it will not mess up anything nor will it add any extra fuel pressure.

there is the fuel pressure regulator on the end of the fuel rail that controls the fuel pressure, what the walbro pump does is that it can actually support bigger fuel flow on the higher pressure, so it can provide more fuel to your system when needed.

Nope, you'll be just fine.

I've got a walbro in my 900.
