stig My brother has your cars' 6spd twin, with something like 80k?

He's had quite a bit of front suspension work done, there's an amp under one of the seats that died which does things like make beeps for the park assist. Only been towed once, for a battery.

guru Found something else-- another '06 9-3 SC, this one an Aero, with flappy paddle gearbox and slightly higher miles.

Picking up tomorrow morning.

Any more advice? Will have more details after I take delivery.

Jameson Had our '08 for nearly 4 years and never had such a problem.

There was no lower case T in '06, only the 2.0T.

Pretty solid car overall.

3MaSaab Faulty engine oil sensor ... to change it the engine I believe has to be pulled. Maybe they've resolved that one since '06. Only leased until 15K ...

Jameson Front end clunk is common, stereo's can be a bit flaky, but much better by that year. 2.0T or 2.8T?

We put 75k on our 2.0t and it was pretty damn reliable. At about 100k, the stock turbo needed some work so it was replaced under the CPO warranty.

'06 9-3 SC-- what do we need to know?

We're looking at a 2006 9-3 SC, 85k miles, body appears good, will have new brakes / tires / other safety items.

Asking for... ok, me.

I took it in trade at the dealership I work at. Given that we are a Honda store, the used car director has absolutely no interest in putting it on the lot. Plan is to trade in the Civic and walk away with a little bit of cash and a decent wagon.

What do I need to know?
