Here you boys go, thanks for the pics Mcrowley. "2 pics of 9000 engine bay, normally the round part of the bpv would face the front of the car, not up like shown in pics" Now I understand, the visual definatly helped; the smaller of the vacuum lines which is now facing up, usually faces foward, so the peice facing downwards is usually the part that comes off the delivery pipe, correct? ![]() ![]() |

Take the bpv, switch the orientation around. I've got a pic of it on my webpage, but the server hasn't been cooperating lately. I took the bpv so the vaccum line points up at the sky...make sense now? |

mcrowley | You can do what saabkid says, but switch the orientation of the bpv. I've got the forge in my 9k oriented the opposite way of the factory one and plumbed back into the intake...yes it works...yes it sounds different.

well the ghetto way (and it sounds like crap i did it while waiting for my hks to get here) is to just unhook the side that goes into the turbo intake and plug the hole on the turbo intake so it just vents the air to the atmo...if yuo do any tuning tho you will overpower the stock bpv |

CooperS7777 | 96 900SE, T5 (so no MAF) and BOV's arent a problem.

I guess re-circ side would be a better term to use, but yea, are there any detailed directions on this that anyone knows up? I wouldnt imagine you would want to plug up the intake side as well but I really dont know how this whole thing works, just seen people saying they have a stock BPV venting atmospherically ![]() Eric P had some info on his site about it a while back but if I remember correctly it was pretty vague. |

wat do you meen exhaust sode? yur saying the side that dumps back into the intake? yes its basicly just disconect that plug up the intake and you now have a bov... theoreticly wont work on a t7 |
