Man that car is a twin of mine. Nice! I got the Blizzak LM60s as well, and I have been very happy so far. The new 9-5 is an absolutely awesome snow car. |

Those look like wheels to me. Not bad in general. They look great for winter duty. |

I found them frustrating, but not in the way you would think. I had to work really hard to get the car to misbehave in the snow. I still prefer my Hakka's but for the price the LM-60's are a really good tire. Supposedly the blizzaks don't do as well as they wear though compared to my beloved Hakkapelitas, but time will tell. They registered in at almost 12/32's when i gauged them, so they are pretty solid for now. I am really happy with the look of the wheels too on the car. I snapped a quick pic while i was out looking for trouble, the main roads were clear at this point but the back roads (dirt and gravel ones mostly) had a nice bed of packed snow, and some powder here and there too. I stopped for coffee with my snow crew (equipped with shovels, which did get used at one point, not worth discussing, but anyway). ![]() |

romanoaf | what do you think of the blizzaks? I got a set this year and have been dissapointed, had alot more confidence with my old dunlop wintersports

JLausch | Yeah i think it will work out ok, i won't lie i was a little worried, using their thing on the site to see what it looks like doesn't always pan out well, as i've learned in the past.

J-Rod | Actually, I don't think those look too bad.

I'm not normally a black wheel person either, but those gunmetal ones were pretty nice. I'm up @ my place in State College so i had my dad send some pics now that they are on. I'll get some good ones when i drop in on them this weekend. He says they look better in person, we'll see. ![]() ![]() |

JLausch | yeah i have touch up paint thats similar in color so i'll just touch it up. It was only ~65 bucks so i feel like it was a fair deal. The other option they had given was the same amount refunded on the initial purchase.

stromer | That kind of makes sense, and not really a bad deal either. Of course if the damage was more significant it probably wouldn't be a good enough fix.

got the wheels mounted, i'll update with pics later. Apparently tirerack wouldn't allow an exchange if the wheels had been mounted and it couldn't wait (might have something to do with the current snow storm dropping a foot) so they sold me a spare for half price and free shipping, i figure it will come in handy eventually. |

These will grip fine, they have plenty of tread depth |

jk88 | Probably because the stockers are 19" turbines.

I actually like the way they look but... <---- Scratching head.... Why 18s? Why not 16s and a tall, grippy tire? EDIT: Or use the 18s for summer and run winter rubber on the stock rims... |
