he probably just posted in the wrong section by accident.
the genuinesaab intake sounds really nice and your turbo will spool way faster.
I would agree and say suspension first, but the intake will not add huge power, it is not like your current suspension won't be able to handle the extra power from the intake.
I would also suggest as first mods:
rear sway bar - genuinesaab.com
KIC/Taliaferro steering rack clamp and brace to eliminate torque steer - genuinesaab.com

What intake do you suggest?
I am looking to buy a new intake system for my '00 9-3. Should I hold off for a while and upgrade other areas of my car or focus on the intake first?
Do any of you guys have suggestions?
