95' Vert drivers window is F#@$%* POS !!! Help fix please...

Hello......yes I am frustrated ! I have been working for 3 days to try to get my drivers window to align with the rear quarter window. There has always been a slight whistle in that spot, all I had to do to fix was lower the drivers window and close again and it was fine, well I took a trip to LA last week with the top down, when I put the top up and closed the windows there was a 1/8" gap between the trailing edge of the drivers window and the leading edge of the quarter window, actually its kind of pie shaped, slightly under 1/8 at the bottom and slightly larger than 1/8" gap at the is a real pain in the ass to try to fix, at least for me, the glass seems to be contacting the A pillar too soon and pushing the window outwards, I have tried to align it with all the adjustments but still cant get it right. Does anyone know the proper steps to take to fix this before I use the car for shotgun practice?
