Haven't seen a JT in real life but I own Nick's DPv2 and it is beautiful.....nice sound too. Since adding a Nordic stage 3+ from GS I also installed the Simons/BSR. Love the performance and sound.
From what I recall the JT is aluminized steel which will rust, but then again the Simons/BSR on my car, which is only 6 months old and not yet seen winter, is rusting.

|turbojohnny||as far as dp's go the gs v2 can not be beat. it is the most beautiful thing i have ever seen and worth every penny. and as for the ecu, i'm sure some of the guys on here that have t5suite would be happy to tune your ecu for you for a nominal fee as opposed to paying the big bucks for a new ecu|

|PAsaab900||thanks for the thought.... i no saab are shit for handling, im more aless building this for a fun dd. i no going to be doing a full exhaust n dp, but im not sure yet on the tuned ecu. was just trying to get some thought from other ppl about nicks tuned ecus n speedparts tuned ecus..|

If you want to make stage 3 power out of a NA 900, I'd strongly suggest upgrading every suspension component first. The NA 900 is flimsy as hell.
Not to say it can't be done... I know of a stage 3 900 for sale for $3000, all it needs is a real intercooler... Sell your car for $1500, and you've got the cash you need to buy it.

stage 3 thoughts
im in the process of doing a motor swap in my 900, going from 2.3na to a 2.0turbo. n i hvae been priceing out parts that im going to get while this project is underway... elkparts has a stage 3 setup from speedparts for 1400 bucks. it has jt exhaust n dp,jr filter, n ecu wich im not sure what tune it is..... i looked on nicks site for comparison... any one have the jt full 3inch setup wit dp. which is better nicks or jt. i no jt is more money but when u buy it all at one time it is real cheap. id rather have the saab sport sytem n nicks dp but i dont wanna keep getting a tuned ecu... if i get a stage 1 ecu how much more would it be down the line to get it tuned to stage 3... any thoughts would be nice.
