rcmdesign Sadly I've tried it too, while back when I first got the car...Same results, I didn't know the right combination and it just stuttered and failed...

ng900 I don't know if that'll work, but I can tell you from messing around with the AMM when doing my intake, and later when putting in the supercharger, that thing is a PICKY little sucker. Even the slightest problem with the reading will make your car start stuttering like crazy, and stall when you try to accelerate sometimes. So if you try it, make sure you still have the oem one to put back on.

I just want to add, there are a lot of people on eBay I noticed advertising a "chip" or resistor for the intake sensor that will supposedly give you 20hp increase. THIS WILL NOT WORK ON SAABS. That will only work on cars with a 2-wire plug, such as mostly American cars. Saabs have 4-wire plugs. I tried the resistor, I tried every wire combination, it doesn't work, the car stutters, and the check engine light comes on. It sounds like a great thing, and on some cars it might work, but not for Saabs.

Possible Air Sensor Switch to Turbo Version

Is it possible to use the air temperature sensor on the turbo models for an N/A car? the N/A has a full on tube that is the sensor, while the turbo models have that little plug that goes right into the stainless pipe. The only reason I ask is that I want to get ride of this black tube and install the sensor in a stainless tube...
