...and I believe a very simple bolt-on procedure once you figure out the proper connections. I forgot to add that you'll need the TD04 inlet pipe with a new rubber O ring, because the opening is slightly larger. The banjo bolt on your smaller end of the oil line connection is the same size on the coolant line, and you can purchase them from a performance shop or the same place you get your turbo..or the dealership. The metal lines were hard to come by so once I was able to match up the right fit thru some minor trial and error using the turbo as my guide....everything went together well.
The tap is my PCV line off my oil tank, and I also used a freeze plug to close off the bypass entry on the inlet pipe. I use a blow-off valve...but you can also make this usable with some minor modifications for your bypass valve, ...should you still choose to use it.

What is tapped into your intake piping ?
Oh and also do you know the exact size of the smaller banjo bolts needed ?

but here's the general synopsis...
but first, use some liquid wrench on all bolts to be removed
1. jack up the car, and support on jack stands, using a wheel block
2. drain oil and coolant
3. remove the intake filter, and pipe up to the inlet pipe on turbo
3. loosen the fan belt
4. remove the power steering pump, and bracket
5. remove the vacuum lines
6. remove downpipe from turbo exhaust housing
7. remove coolant and oil lines
8. remove oil filter, turbo oil return, and support bracket
9. remove the exhaust manifold with turbo...(a good time to wrap exhaust manifold with some heat wrap)
10. remove the bolts securing the turbo to the exhaust housing...
You'll need to obtain either smaller banjo bolts and coolant line connections that match the Viggen turbo or fabricate your own.
Connect the coolant & oil lines loosely so it will be easy to line up the holes on the block. Fill the turbo up with oil before reinstalling.
Install everything else in reverse...and should be good to go taking your time.

Just finished a similar upgrade...using a 99 Viggen turbo to upgrade with..
The banjo bolts are smaller on the turbo for the coolant lines. I went with a different style and some stainless braided lines to connect up with.
I'll take some pics if anyone might be interested...

Yes it bolts up.
No the oil lines dont match, you will need some fabricated.
Its worth the money, but you will want to have your ECU re-staged to a 3+ or a 4.

Is it a direct bolt up, oil lines and all?
Is there an estimated hp increase?

I know its been done and ive searched for earlier thread but didnt find exactly what I was looking for.. any input would help, I already have the nordic stage 3 and its just not enough
