Break fade Yeah, that intake pipe is clearly overpriced. It would probably be cheaper to have something fabricated to your own spec in all honesty, especially if you have friends or acquaintances in the tube forming/fabricating business.

Abbott claim their high prices are incurred as they have to "recoup" development costs somehow, I would imagine that they won't need to sell many intake pipes to acheive payback in this case!!

Tweek's Turbos i like the upgraded intake tube, from the intercooler to throttlebody, but it pans out to be $600 ouch

Black99T Unfortunately for you the exchange rate at the moment is great for us buying stuff from the States but not so good for you doing it the other way round.

The bottom line even here though is that Abbott, whilst being one the longest standing and best known British Saab tuning specialists, are also about the most expensive.

In spite of this people speak very highly of them and most folks seem to be more than happy with any work they've had done to their cars .

At the present time the exchange rate is going to make any tuning bits from the UK expensive. It does mean though that I can afford to buy a rear sway bar for my 99T as the USA is the only place I can get one & I can get it shipped here for about the same money than I would pay to just have it sent from further south in England to home in Scotland.

What a funny world.
