I just got off the phone with Brad over at Kansas City Saab (www.kcsaab.com) and he pretty much said the same thing. It is not going to improve power, and probably just end up soaking the catalytic converter with fuel. It would work with a car that naturally runs lean, but this car does not. He said raising the compression rates would work for more power of course, timing advance, open up the breathing and exhaust...
Why does there have to be so many complications I just want a bolt-on power advance

yeah, that won't be worth anything. In simple terms, power comes from how much air you can cram into the motor, hence forced induction cars (turbo or supercharged) make more power.....with more air you need more fuel to keep a nice mix for your air-fuel curve.....to rich you loose power, to lean....well thats REAL bad.
anyway, what i'm trying to say is, since you aren't introducing more air into the engine, going to larger injectors & FPR is doing nothing for you. If anything, you'll loose power from runnning too rich, and you'll end up fouling alot of spark plugs.
so don't waste your money.

Larger Fuel Injectors and Fuel Pressure Regulator
Ok I have been going over some older topics and discovered that a previous N/A car (aka meatball) was running a 3.8bar Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve with larger injectors. I was wondering if I purchased the red fuel injectors measured at 30lbs. per hour and a 3.8bar FPRV or a 3.0bar FPRV would it bring increased HP amounts for an N/A. According to Mike Connolly, the owner of meatball, "The best way to increase the power on a STOCK NatAsp or Turbo New Gen, is to increase Fuel Flow and Fuel Pressure, BUT STAY with in the Limits of the Stock ECU's ability to maintain a BALANCED flow and Timing for Complete and Effective Combustion in the Chamber. " and "The Stock ECU ( Up to the Limits that have been Programmed) has as I said Before PARAMETERS built in for the Cycle that allows the Injector to stay OPEN LONGER in it's Cycle ( Timing ) and if you are Flowing More Fuel The ECU will Compansate for the Programmed Parameters that are Built in!! ".
What are your thoughts?
