Got this one figured out, but now the turn signals and the Hazard lights do not work. Is there a relay for these in the 9-5?

No power at the fuel pump?

My mechanic said there is no power at the fuel pump. What is the list of things to do to diagnose this?

Fuel Pump and Cps are brand new prior to engine failure.

Engine blew due to rod tossed and fuel has been sitting in car for about 6 months now. Prior to, there was zero fuel issues as it has now.
