Your engine choices are limited, but 2nd hand suply should be plentiful if you're in europe.
Both the b205 and b235 are 2000-02 9-3 or 1997-2009 9-5

Easiest path is find another B205E and put it in. If you have access to a Tech-II or someone who can tune your car, B235E, TD04-15 and intercooler system, and ECU upgrade might be possible, depends on how much work you want to do.

sorry the car is a 1998 model, that is what the vin number says
Model: Saab 9-5 (9600)
Model Year: 1998
Body type: 4-door (4D)
Engine: B205E 4-inline, Turbo, PETROL, TURBO (B205 E)
and these are the cars that have good motors.

Those two engines are not interchangeable. Check your years again friend. There were no 9-5's in 1995, started making them in 1999.
You can use an engine from a 9-3, but only up to 2002 (or 2003 convertible). Those interchange with the 9-5 but as a 2.0 liter instead of the 9-5's 2.3 liter.
If you get a good deal on a 2.0 liter motor go for it. It will drive nearly the same at stock power levels.

|Jameson||Its not worth the effort. 9-5 B235 engines are so common. The 9-3 B207 has less displacement to work with and gives you more challenges than dropping in another B235. So getting less with more work makes little sense to me.|
