Welcome! I don't own anything newer than a 1993 Saab, so my advice will be limited, but it's nice to get new members. We have several from Oz.

|steved||Thanks for that Johnny, Seems like it is very much worth joining this forum already. Kinda thought SAABs guys would be OK and the sharing of 'intelligence' is so worthwhile. Will take some pics tommorrow and post.|

haha nice job, and welcome to the link! there's a lot of nice people here and useful info. sounds like you did pick up a gem of a vehicle. you'll want to make sure that you get the pcv system updated to the latest version.

my new/old 1999 95 griffin
Hi all, totally new to this forum dont expect to be able to give any advice for now as I know nothing. I went out to buy a saab a few weeks ago had a budget of 3 times the cost of the saab I eventually bought. it is a 1999 9-5 griffin 100.000klms or 66,000 freeway miles perfect service history sold by a 75 yo lady who had had it from new. Has always been garaged and is like new, inside and out. Could not believe my luck. First thing I did was have it serviced by a saab specialist. dont know how many 15 YO cars are in this condition, feel like i have a gem. Any word on keeping this car in great nick or general advice greatly appreciated.
