Lendo Looking forward to numbers. GPOP built me a 19t with the 7cm housing and Taliaferro is installing with a mild tune now.

Once I have the LSD in with upgraded clutch/PP they will do the manifold and then we'll see what can be done on pump gas.

I have the 234 bottom end so we should have similar numbers on pump.

Getting closer. Put a revised pump tune in. When thats 100% I'll tune on e85 and hit the Dyno. It tq steers something fierce In 3rd. I'd say 330whp/380tq on pump is where it sits now.

Jameson I put these on from an NG9-5. I know it's not REALLY an Aero, but for '06 there wasn't such a thing anyway. I have all the things an Aero would have anyway lol.



The Dames have a weak chin, meaning the leading edge of the bumper is soft. I wanted to change that and balance out my rear spoiler. I am not crazy about the idea of a tacked on lip. But I also have seen $2500 invested in mating a DE bumper with a 9-3 Griffin bumper. That looked great, but that's silly money. So lips, we have the TX lip and the Cupra R. I went with the Cupra R after seeing this on eBay as he also has my same rear spoiler. I will install it in the next couple of weeks.

Jameson Redid my speaker covers to look more oem.



Painted the glovebox trim to match. Just gotta put on the rest of the air vent knobs.

Jameson PSA: 255/35/18s fit perfectly on an Eibach equipped Dame. My 245 PSS', two of them were sketchy. I used it as an excuse to try the P4S and keep my sidewall ratio the same for a bit more pothole protection and get some more contact patch.







I am tuned'ish. We were guessing on wastegate springs. Sure enough the one in there was too weak to hold the boost as revs increased. So we fudged it by cranking down on the wastegate rod which was a bit of a bandaid. We saw a peak of 25-26psi at about 3000-3200rpms, but it was down to 18psi at 5500. The goal is 22-23psi peak, and hold from 2500-55500. In a couple of weeks we will put in the 14psi spring instead of the 8lb'er and retune. Once the 93 is dialed in we will tune for the E85 which should net a couple more psi. There is literally 0 missfire from off idle to 6200 in every gear. Nice for a change. Turns out the JZW tune I had was garbage like I thought. It was pig rich(usually he is lean and mean) and the airmass requests were more for a turbo MUCH larger. Glad I paid $500 for a "custom" tune with 3 files, two of which I never received.

The nivomats are great, but they're all-in-one shock/spring. you can't alter the height without drop-bolts like the volvo guys do.

They double the load limit of the wagon, though!

oh... they're like $500/shock, new. I think I sold my pair for ~$500 when I lowered my gary fisher.

there's a Gary fisher for sale in MD for like $1500 right now...no idea if it still has the nivomats, though.
