It is that thing under your seat that's got wet called a TWICE unit. Once wet you will likely have more problems. Better find a good used one or order a new one asap. You could also try drying it with contact cleaner and a bag of ride for a couple days, but more that likely you will need to get a good used or new twice unit and take it to a shop that has a Tech II. Normally you can remove your own unit and put IT back into the same car after it dries but you cant with another unit. If you do that your car wont start. Given that you likely have no idea what I am talking about you need to take it somewhere to have it checked out. One of the reasons putting your location up is that we can often steer you to a right repair shop. |

Dead radio Due to frozen gutters in sun roof, during ice/rain storm, water came into car. Radio no longer working...any ideas? Fuse (I hope). Or ? ![]() |
