|Aero||Grille looks great. You should clear those corners.....a bit too many colors going on with the yellow fogs.|

Gave the car a good wash today, I'll hopefully get to polishing it tomorrow, that's when I'll get some pictures. The grille had been sprayed black before but it was chipping so I decided to give it a make over. I went to Home Depot and bought $3 gutter guard mesh and used some night shade tint spray. Andrew had mentioned how it allows some chrome to show through depending on how many coat you put so I gave it a shot. I cut the slats out of the grille and glued mesh in its place. Let me know what you think!
Missing the rubber strip at the bottom, forgot to put it on.

If the snow holds off this Saturday I'll try to give it a go. Clutches are one of my least favorite things to do on these cars.
But after that, it's smooth sailing and fun wrenching.

As far as the wheels go I have NO plans of getting rid of the double 3s. Those wheels were made to be on a Viggen. Andrew had a set of all seasons mounted to the double 3s that are practically new so i can't justify buying a set of snow tires this winter. I would keep the viggen wheels if i was going to get snows but since i'm not these will end up sitting in my shed all year if i don't sell them. I appreciate the offer but those Fondmentals are a little toooo quirky for my taste soo I'll have to pass. Thanks though

the door handle should be an easy fix, it happened to me on the drivers side once or twice (its just a metal rod with no connector). al you have to do is pull the metal handle out and behind it there is a little screw cap. pop that out, take out the torx and the handle comes out and you can work on getting the hooks re connected. no need to take the door card off.
if you want a second set of wheels i have a set of never taken out of the box NESA wheels (those weird fondmentals) you can have cheap, id save those double 3's...i spent a lot of time refinishing those lol.

Ohh here it is glad to see you're back in a Saab Imran
Now maybe I should buy your e30 and put a properly improper small block chevy in it.

|9000Andrew||^-Yup. You can wetsand as much as you want. I just sprayed, buffed, etc. It can be much better with time and patience. Good luck!|

Good to know about the fender and the hood is fine. Like you said it's good for a DD so I'm not in any real rush to get it painted. The only thing that bothers me is the underside that's not painted. I'm going too see how much a hood respray will cost other wise ill get an aerosol can of LB paint mixed up and just spray the underside my self. I'm assuming you put a good amount of clear on the driver door as well? There's some orange peeling at the top of the door, I'd like to get rid of.

Try pressure bleeding w/suction.
As for the fender: it has a good amount of clear on it…you could wetsand as aggressively as wanted and you should not hit paint. It will definitely flatten out. The hood is just daily driver quality though. Glad to see it's gone into good hands. Good luck!
