infamous Now if that does'nt make you tear up, then I don't know what will. Glad to hear that you've gotten her all back together again.

rcmdesign Thanks mate. I keep it clean. Got a car show coming up September 17th so I gotta get her clean again. Except for the minor front end damage:

Almost $900 later it's fixed. Except the same front bumper is on the car with a few scrapes lol.

GenuineSaab Push down slightly and the clip will pop loose from the throttle housing. To the rear of the car. Some cars you need to use a screwdriver and carefully pry rearward on the bottom of the clip. Make sure to use the new O-ring seal. It is a different size than the factory. If not just call and one of us can walk you through it. Free 866.499.1068

"...lifts up and slides out of the lifting eyes..." towards the rear of the car.
Then you've got some 3 or 4 cap/washer/flange nuts (two(2) on either corner of the bottom of the housing, one(1) at the top rear of the housing in towards the fender, and one(1) at the bottom front of the outer corner of the housing) that hold the air filter canister in place, which is easily removed once you remove them.

stromer No, the factory original is different, hence the upgrade.

VWSAABVT just looks like a hose clamp and bolts or screws.

How do you remove...

So I just received my used GS intake from NG900's dearly departed NA. but I can't figure out how to remove that black thing that the intake replaces.
