GenuineSaab Rear Bar will give a good result with little to no ride quality reduction.
Tires, Look for High load rating. 91 or better 16s or 17s depending on local roads.
Springs (if base or high mileage do shocks too)
Quite a few others but these are the best cost / performance ratio.

Slaaby Seconds Sub Frame Brace helps tighten up front end and reduce torque steer. Got one for sale (see thread in Items for Sale). I also live in CT. Will deliver if close.

Boxerchip Ive got stage 2 anti roll bar, and new springs on my viggen. Im putting the konis on there soon, and that gets rid of just about all of it.

Tweek's Turbos I vote sway bars. Front and rear.

BurnsSide42 good sway bars and bushings would do the trick. Also - if your shocks/struts are old - new inserts or even springs may be in order.

roadkil34 id have to say ive heard the most about two things

expensive - springs, shocks, and dampers
inexpensive - rear sway bar

not quite sure on that though, thats just what ive heard
