saab4life its nto tho.. cuz its 40% of 235 .. and 45% of 215 .. u know? and actually for my car is 205/50/16 .. so 50% of 205 .. but either way

WS from what i have read, 235/40/17 fits. the only problem is the sidewall is a little lower than stock 215/45/17

saabindru900 right on man, if you like it thats all that matters.

they have a pretty cool tread.

WS i already orderd 225/45/17....those were the biggest sidewalls that fit the 9-3s i think. I was gonna go 235/40/17 but the sidewall is a litlle smaller than the 215/45. They are BFGoodrich T/A KDW

People might think they look stupid...but i really dont care. i think they look cool but the main reason i got them is cause they have 300 treadwear rating, and they got amazing reviews, and price of course.

saabindru900 the falken tires that i have, have a rim protector on the outside side wall, i dunno if that'll help for more side wall, but heres the link http://www.falkentire.com/

WS
235/45/17 fit on a viggen with 17x8's?

i really want more sidewall to protect my wheels and i am curious if these will rub. They are only 1/10th or 2/10th's bigger diameter than 225/40/18 which is common on 9-3's with 18s. Any help would be appreciated
