1999 saab 93 cranks and solutter but wont start
Okay so i washed my engine bay with a hose and degreased it i then let the car dry and drive it into the garage. I then removed the dic and painted it. Went to drive the car and it kind of splutters every now and then but wont actually run.
Cps reads 530 ohms at resting twmp which is about 8 degrees celsius
Spark plugs had spark but once i would stop cranking two spark plug would just spark for about 2-4 seconds and this was causing unburnt fuel in the cylinders to ignite making the car back fire with the ignition off
I could smell fuel going into the cylinders but im not sure if the injectors were firing as tgey were meant to or if tgey were firing every now and then.
The tach moves just up from the bottom of the gauge and ocassionally jumps when the car trys to fire. It jumps to about 7-900 rpm
Cps sensor read 1.2v ac while cranking or around that
Rail has pressure and the fuel pumps priming
I cant access the car for another week but ive already ordered a new cps incase its giving a weird signal pf some sort and ill test tge injectors with a noid light when i go to the car again as well
Oh and the car is a1999 built 93 5 speed lpt b204
