Emergency brake tightener snapped

Hey guys, Need a little help here. Today I went to tighten my emergency brake. After correctly adjusting them at the back wheels, I still needed the handle to be at full lock to prevent the car from rolling forward. To fix this I went under the car to tighten where the emergency brake meets that metal screw thing attached to the boot. I gave it one turn then the bolt and threading snapped off and I do not think I have enough to thread remaining to adjust for it. Does anyone know what that part is and where to get it? I did a little searching and couldn't find it.
In addition, I learned that the back left cable is seized some how. If someone could be so kind to point me in the right direction on how to replace that cable, it would be much appreciated thanks!

Both cables are sold as 1 unit. I don't believe the threaded rod is sold as an individual part, comes with the e-brake handle
