Avoid opening the hatch in the rain.

Mine does this too, it runs down off the spoiler. The simple answer was to just stop opening it in the rain. If I really need something I just grab it through the pass-thru or don't open the hatch all the way. Easy peasy

They don't call me the Guru for nothing... when I was a kid I noticed it hurt if I bent my arm a certain way, and the best answer was "stop doing it". What do you know, it worked!

Either way are you sure your leaking problem is the same problem bryce is having? I think his problem is stuff being dry and then getting wet when he opens the hatch, not a leaky hatch, right?

Short of wrapping your stuff in plastic, there's really no way to keep it from getting wet.

The water off my hatch falls onto the sides of my car. Not inside.

Annoying cause the watermarks, but the inside does not get wet. Well, from the hatch anyway...I would check around the spoiler and whathaveyou to see if anything is blocked...

When it's raining (which it has done for like the past 2 weeks) and I opened the hatch, water drips onto my speaker grilles as well, but it's just a small amount. It does seem to be coming off of the spoiler, as Guru has so wisely stated. I don't really see anything that can be done about. I'm just going ot live with it until I replace the stock stereo. Then I will care. But by then I don't think I'll be driving it in the rain anyways.
