quick exhaust question...

its been a wile siece i've seen one...

stock 9-3 exhaust is it all bolted to gether?
could i take one of and put it back on with a jack and a wrench?
no cutting needed to get it out????

to get the old exhaust off...I assume that is what you are going to do, right?

The bolts can be siezed and PB blaster is a penetrating oil the helps loosen bolts

or as josh coined it, "Nut-buster" but seriously, if you are gonna pull the exhaust for anything, spray the nuts/bolts with PB Blaster for a few hours and just keep soaking them. do it for a couple days before you even try to pull it. unless there is zero rust. it will help you out immensely.

Not to nit-pick but Palmer was the person that I got "Bust-a-Nut" from I just used it...he deserves the credit for that.

Make sure to replace all the clamps as they will more than likely (even in San Jose) have gone to crap. NAPA -- 12 bucks.

I wanna market that shit.

Imagine a matte black spray bottle, with thick shiny stencil-look letters that say "bust a nut"

It would even gleam off your garage shelf in low light conditions, and the matte finish would give you a good grip when things get slippery...

its not my car...
so what im doing is trading exhausts for a day
a stock system for my full 3" system and then i can smog it before i get the stage 4 in..
CA is very picky and i dont wana take chances
