Suggestions on how to make my 9-3 go away :(

I know the rules in the for sale thread are about listing prices, pictures, etc, so I didn't want to add a thread there until I decided what, when, how, and took pictures The 9-3has to go since I'm moving in about a month or so (locally)
Need a little help deciding best path to take. Part out or fast sale (as a parts car??)

I've got my 9-3 with 135k on it. Some good, some bad. Was my daily driver for 6 years.

Brakes bad
leaks power steering fluid.
May or may not leak antifreeze. I see it on the ground every so often but couldn't find the source.
A bit of rust. No holes but a few spots in the usual places. One of the factors in my buying my 9-5.
And the biggie.......what I personally think is chain rattle. But 500 dollars, 3 mechanics and 4 years later say they can't find anything wrong and to go about my business and don't worry.

The good? Some fun parts!
Forge wastegate actuator
Saabsport Exaust
3 inch GS downpipe Version 2
Extra turbo (stock t-25) purchased from a member here.
Brand New winter tires on deltas(less than 600 miles on them)
Steelies with old winters.

Because of what I consider to be the bad parts being fairly major, I'm assuming most people would be after it for parts, not to drive it.....but I could be wrong.

Could most likely get a few bucks on the winters (and put the old tires on steelies onto the car so it rolls)

What do you guys think?
Best bang for the buck in a month?

if you part it out, this is what the items tend to go for I've seen

Forge wastegate actuator $50-100
Saabsport Exaust $200-300
3 inch GS downpipe Version 2 $350-400
Extra turbo (stock t-25) purchased from a member here. $125-150
Brand New winter tires on deltas(less than 600 miles on them) ?
Steelies with old winters. $100

if you have the stock parts for the car, put them back on and get 1000ish for the car. I sold one with similar issues for 1200 last winter but in white

I would think the cost to replace the rusted through p/s lines and redo the brakes would make some think twice about putting it back on the road. Those P/S lines are $$ and a pain to change!

No stock parts avail. I'm the guy who justifies a upgrades when parts need replacing I suppose I'll throw up a part-out thread for the major popular components and see what bites (with the stipulation that if someone comes along to take the whole bit it would be gone) If you got about 1200 for yours, that's good news 'cause I was about to say I'd throw it up for about 1000 and see what bit
