Question Anyone happy with their bolt-on exhaust tip?

My Ractive tip... so called stainless, is rusting. Can't take the winter salt I guess.

Is there a make/manufacturer of exhaust tip that anyone recommends? That will not rust?

Thanks!

I have the saab sport double walled stainless. Looks great, easy to install and can be adjusted if needed (no welding, screw holds it in place)

I'll second Dans' praise for the double-walled tip. It's real easy to clean too!

I got mine at pep boys for $20. Hasn't rusted yet with about a year of use, including some salty driving in Maine and Mass.

Saab Carbon Fiber Tip

I got the Saab cf tip - looks great off the car but when you bolt on you can't see any of the carbon fiber because it's hidden under the car - not worth the big expense imho.

yeah, just go to autozone or something and pick one up. for the 20 bucks, even if its destroyed after a year, its cheap to replace.

I need to locate a nice 3" inlet Saab or Euro style tip for when I get to installing the 3" exhaust. I may make that a June project.

Sounds like the Saab tips are up to the task. Cool. Thanks for the input.
