Question Rear caliper question - Is that normal ?

Hi all,

My pads and discs were in need of replacement, so I try to change them my self but the caliper was sized in rust.

I let my 9-3 to my local Saab specialist to replace them (as I didn't wanted to bleed the system myself).

When I got back home, I noticed the pads were braking only on the 3/4 of the disc and could fit 1 finger between the caliper and center of the disc (where the handbrake system is).

Is that normal ? I don't remember my old ones were like this !
How does it sit on your NG900/9-3 ? Do I paranoid ?

Thank you for reassuring me ...
