Ball Joint boot Replacemnet....And a deal on Snow tires

So when I installed my new conrol arms, we wound up ripping a boot on the band new ball joint, when wrestling in the rear subframe bolt. Luckily Eeuroparts has the new boot kit, so I orderd it.

Let me say...what a pain in the ass lol. The bottom clamp on the boot is the hardest part, you really need a second person, to hold part of it down as you wrap the rest of the clamp around. The reason its so hard to get around it, is because it wraps around itself twice...if you can picture that.

Anyway Its doable, and I just packed some extra grease in there for good measure. and the 20 dollars sure beats the 225 for a new control arm, so if any of you have ripped boots, go for these fixes.

I also picked up a set of 4 blizzak ws15...with about 60-70 percent tread left on them for 85 bucks...the guy was asking 150 in the paper, but after seing them I made him that offer and he took it. I figure if they last me the season its worth it. Anyone ever use these tires before? how are they
