Mine has none currently and if I use what is commonly sold (wingless?) it will still show holes on either side of it. I think the later 9-3 style has the side wings, correct?

All American 9-3s and 9-5's (up to 2002) used a rectangular plastic plate mount for the front bumpers... wings went away in '98.

Not sure what's up but, without wings, I would have 2 holes (more like slots) out past the bracket. If I could just get one of those Viggen Europlates, I wouldn't worry about it.

I have one that says turbo on it... i think those are still available. I'll look around and see if i have my viggen one still, i think i either left it on the car or sold it a while back.

That's right, you'll have the slots visible on either side of the license plate frame. I have no idea what they're for, but they're always visible with a US plate on the car.

I have a brand new one here somewhere. But, I want 1 million dollars for it.

LOL! I know! They've become gold all of a sudden. Anyway, I picked up the one from Carl. Now I'll only have to deal with the cops.
