Electric impact wrench

Hello,

I have a question about an electric impact wrench.
Is 250ft-lbs enough to take out sub frame bolts or other tight bolts?
When I choose the wrench, what should I check and look?
RPM? torque?

Thanks.

A breaker bar is usually good enough. I weigh 125 lbs... the torque setting for the subframe is 125 lbs.. yeah i still got them free.

so i am sticking with the $20 breaker bar and a good hand torque wrench. No real need for a $500 impact drill. THey rock and that snap one is the one to get if you have rusted out old bolts and all you do all day long is remove them but for just your own car it isn't worth the money. for $100 or les you can get a damn good breaker bar all sockets you could ever need for it and a good torque wrench.

I have a electric impact wrench from Canadian tire. Cost 76.99cdn. I have had it for 2 years, works great with lug nuts and other hard to get off bolts. I think its made by mastercraft (Canadian tires tool company)
