T7 Wiring Harness/Delivery Pipe Compatibility

So I recently purchased a LB Viggen, obligatory pic below, and am chasing down a low boost situation and was wondering if you all could share some ideas.

The car is boosting about midway through the 'boost' gauge in the dash and having owned an '01 Viggen before I did the usual items to check; new MAF, DIC, spark plugs, BPC and 'bolt mod', swapped in a new wastegate in case that was busted, vacuum lines etc to no avail. The engine seems rock solid with no hesitation or anything under boost, just flat on its face and slower than expected.

In going over the engine I noticed two things; the AMP connector for the DIC was worn off on the edge and some of the wires were exposed. I removed them and covered with heat shrink but would like something more permanent. Then I also noticed the '99 has a different delivery pipe than my '01 had, with the separate pressure sensor and IAT compared with the later all in one unit.

Anyway, my question is can I replace the T7 harness and delivery pipe with a later version? I see eeuro sells a 'kit' for something like this, but details are very scarce on how to rewire it and with the maybe corroded wiring I am half tempted to just replace the whole harness to rule out other issues.

I also thought the '99 B235's had different injectors with the 2 piece manifolds, if I replace those as well with the later versions is there any tune differences that need to be accounted for?

Thanks in advance and sorry for the wall of text!
