Need Opinions

Right now I drive a 2006 9-3 2.0T automatic
~66k miles and its in perfect condition.
I still have about $13500 left on the loan

Recently I've been looking to trade for an Aero SS. It's not that i dont like my car as it is, i just love the way the aeros look.

So on the way home earlier today I spot one at a used dealership. I pull in and check it out.
2005 9-3 Aero manual (not sure if they come in auto) i prefer manual.
84000 miles
body is in perfect condition from what i could see. i didn't test drive it as i was sure i wouldn't walk away without it.
they have it priced at $10,900

so after i leave i start thinking about what would be different if i got it.
the math works out to be about the same payment. if they give it to me for 10,000 i have to roll over about 3000 to the new loan. So given if the rate is the same which i'm not sure if it will be because it's an older car and my credit is about the same as when i bought the saab i have now, my payment would be in the same range.

Honestly the only thing keeping me from driving over there right now is the 84k miles. I guess what i'm asking is what does everyone think? Pros/Cons

Trading yours in? They probably won't give you more then 8 grand for it. That's somethign to think about.

You could try seeing if they will trade you straight up, but you'd still be upside down on your loan.
