Awesome upgrade! They have lots of potential - but stock they do seem to be very lathargic. I would love to ride in one which has been tuned properly and not stock GM form. They are nice looking cars for sure. I wouldn't mind locating a wagon Turbo X in a few years if they are ever under $8,000 - but I'm sure I'll just save my pennies for a new 9-5 with a 2.0T 6SPD FWD combo

Driving back-to-back the 2.0T FWD MT 9-3 & the V6 AWD model, the 2.0T "feels" faster. In reality I think the V6 is just a better car and the AWD just makes it more planted so there is no drama, but the 2.0 T 9-3's feel more like a Saab if you ask me.

I'd probably still have the V6 model, but the 2.0's are nice cars too if you can handle the FWD

I think you are going to see a lot of "theme and variation" within the variants of the XWD. They have already made the new XWD's like a half inch higher (or something like that), and are using it in some ads I heard the other day.

My 280 XWD Aero, though is said to have the same leveling but it may or may not be the same height. I wish I could get it next to a true X to measure.

Wife's 2.0 XWD manual feels as fast as my 280 XWD Aero.

I wish there were numbers on this stuff but I have yet to see anything except on the former FWD Aero and the X?
