Engine antifreeze GM 93165162: is pure or diluted?

Hi,
I have to add some antifreeze in my Saab93 sport hatch 150cv diesel because i got a SID message indicanting low level.
I went to Saab dealer and they have advised to purchse GM Longlife reference 93165162 which it is diluted (5 litres bottle).
In saab web I have read that this product has to be mixed with water 50/50 before adding but all spanish SAAB dealer insists that it is already diluted and has to be added directly to the car. I have already added (0,5 litres) because level was low, but i want to confirm if dealers are ok (they should be ok but who never knows). Someone can advise? Is there any web page or link when i am able to find the description of this product and the way to manage?
Thanks!

I'd check the bottle itself and see if it says anywhere on it that mixing is required.
