Can you marry a c900?

The answer is NO, but you can have your c900 in your wedding! It was a fun day for sure, and I was glad that the transmission held on as we pulled away!

p.s. Picture is me, my wife (!) and my grandmother, who stored the car in her garage for a number of years while I was in college & afterwards, living in an apartment.

Congrats!

Definately an heirloom of a photo! Wouldn't it be great to see that on your kids mantle when they grow older!

Thats great!

My good friend's recent wedding included his old Ford truck he has been working on for the last ~7 years. It was great to see.

Congratulations! You're not alone in using your Saab for a wedding car:

Mine is the silver '85 900 (back in 1990).

Nice and congrats! I've got a similar pic from mine, and was similarly afraid that it wouldn't start or would explode on the way out.

I drove my Celica in my wedding... Mostly because my 9000 toasted it's first transmission a week before hand. I guess better that than while leaving the wedding.

Cool pics though!

SPGs make the best getaway cars... We drove around like this for about a week after the wedding - pompoms and all.
