pics will be posted tommorow, as a footnote, that CPS wheel has to be dead nuts on its axis,, if its off even 1/64th of an inch, the CPS will screw up,, i ended up completely lathing down the AC pully and re welding it.. much work......... very much worth it,, now im having a beer.

tommorow i finish mounting all the wiring, and finish installing all the T5 hard stuff like injectors O2 sensor ect ect,, that have just been hanging there for now.

if things go smoothly, ill be giving DI a try buy this time sunday.

also many thanks to all who have helped me along the way,, special thanks to adshaft, SPGbee88 and one crazy mitsu starion guy who did some lathe work to make the CPS sencer right
Awesome! Excellent work, there has been a few people that have done T5 but no real available documentation. This will help lots of folks for sure!

... t5 is more or less a standalone now,, its self tunable for little money,. can power larger injectors than stock and can be tuned to deal with them properly, you can adjust rev limiters, top speed limiters, AFRs ect ect ect and DI falls very nicely into the equation as well. T5 will also support HUGE power,, and removes the fuel system as one of the bottlenecks in modifying a c900

i do love megasquirt, and everything it can do for a car,, but right now on a C900 T5 seams to be an easier solution to solve the problem of tuning. and possibly more effective because it comes with a very compatible Coil on plug setup, and incredibly effective boost control.
Its also nice T5 comes with a built in map that will make the car run and drive this makes the initial software portion much less painful

Lastly, i will takes lots of pic, but im apologizing in advance, my only camera is a 1.3 Megapixel cell phone. it took the pics of the Turb pipe.. there good enough to get the point across but certainly not beauty shots

wow thats really impressive that you got all that done so quickly, I'm really looking forward to seeing what all needs to be done since I have most of the parts for this swap laying around already. I guess now that there is the prospect of a T5 c900 there should be no reason to ever own a ng900

minor setback today,, my CPS hit my CPS wheel, this contact causes the CPS to go bad,, and thus the system to not work,,,,,, however i was able to get everything much more permantly mounted today, and looking neater.

it was quick,, but alot of background research went into it,, i've updated the first post with what i have figured out.
pics....

Feeling anxious for you and me as well. Did you place the CPS 20 slots away from the empty slot space? Waiting to see your DI results. Hope it's timed right.(fingers crossed)

.. not worried about the DI timing,, and yes the CPS is 20 slots back,,

the CPS is only used in the DI process to start the car,, after that all timing is done though ion sensing with the spark plugs,, the CPS plays a much larger role with the sequential fuel injection

T5 is now fully operational on my vert, the car is "turn key" to speak of at this point in time.

adn man, does it run GREAT,, theres no more stumbles, and hicups, it just runs terrific!!!! even on the 9000 CSE map, and wrong spark plugs,,

my issue last night was with where i hooked up the trigger power to the T% ecu,, i used the main relay, this proved to be troublesome because the main relay shuts off when cranking,, but is on when not cranking in the run position.... live and learn

not the first time i've been the guinea pig,, think TCS delete........

a c900 takes so well to T5 it runs like a much newer car,, just smoooooooth, no flakely tach, the motor quites down, ect ect.. it almost looses some of that c900 personality.

but its awesome,, and i need to get it tuned... very very very badly
